The duvets and pillows were a dream! The children's bathrobes in their sizes showed extra attention to detail. Housekeeping kept everything tip top twice a day. Our request to keep alcohol out of the kids' mini bar was very thoughtful. The hotel met our request to not place any sweets and chocolates in the rooms, making our stay carefree. We had fantastic pool view rooms with private terraces. The gate entrance from the kids' room to the pool was locked within an hour of our arrival. The ladies at the kiddies club were lovely and fantastic with the kids. The efficiency and professionalism of the staff made our stay very comfortable. The hotel was immaculate and had beautiful decor. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The spa treatment I had was the best I've ever had, thanks to Simone who was very knowledgeable and intuitive. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice for different dietary requirements. The food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic.

The room was spacious and beautiful, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable in a lovely building, perfect for a city trip.

Handy location in the mountains, and 15 min walking distance to platja de ses Dones. Also - really close to the restaurants and bars of Port Andratx, the sea, the beach, and the town Camp de Mar and multiple activities. Marvellous breakfast for all tastes with meat, juice and cheese.

Golfers will appreciate the hotel's proximity to a top-notch golf course. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

Excellent golf facilities and nearby courses in great condition. The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide selection of fresh fruits and baked goods. The spa area was well-maintained, and the pool was spacious and relaxing.

Some rooms were noisy and placed near delivery entrances or busy entrances. There were issues during check-out with extended stays.

The service and the friendly staff as well as the executive rooms with sea view were very nice! Breakfast as well as restaurants in good and high quality! Price/performance ratio fits. Also the cosmetics and spa area on a very high level! A really very relaxing holiday!

The pool area and pool bar including the sunbathing lawn are not spacious enough for a 5 star hotel. Partially, there was no sun bed available and the guests layed on the meadows too close together. The children area in the pool should have been moved to the other side of the pool or a separate pool should have been installed in the entrance area. This way, guests without children would not always be involved in the events of the children at the pool and one would have fulfilled the requirements for all guests.

Second stay at the hotel. Service is very good and rooms are well appointed and clean.

The staff here are really friendly and the rooms are chic with their own private outdoor spaces.

Ingenious breakfast with Prosecco and strawberries, also for vegetarians there is a very extensive choice! Indoor pool and spa are great for the somewhat cooler season - we were in November. The beach and the small bay of Camp de Mar are within 7 minutes walking distance. In the high season the beach is probably overcrowded. However, the hotel is a very good retreat for those seeking peace and quiet. If you want to visit other beaches in the area, you will need a car. The hotel is situated a little bit elevated and therefore the rooms with view offer a nice panorama. We also enjoyed the expert advice and massages in the wellness area. We come again for our exclusive time out and for pampering hours of togetherness.

The restaurant in the hotel has little choice in the evening with higher prices. But this can also be due to the low season.

Immaculate rooms and early check-in with a complimentary drink. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a suite upgrade upon arrival. The spa facilities were easily accessible and inclusive for families. The beautiful surroundings created a relaxing environment. Breakfast had a superb range of dishes and the sunbeds were still available at 10am.
